Albion’s Restaurant in London is headed by a chef and owner who puts the people first; determined to serve the tastiest food at affordable prices, the restaurant tailors for French, British and Italian cuisine, ensuring that there’s always something for everyone to enjoy.
Tim Veselaj, Albion’s owner, has worked for 18 years as a professional and commercial chef, meaning the food at this restaurant is made with experience and passion. But that’s not all. In his own words, this is how Albion’s Restaurant began:
“Twenty years ago, my country, Kosovo, was in a state of war. We were being marched to the borders at gunpoint and put on trains to refugee camps. At that difficult time, I was settled in London. When I first came here, I was not sure what to expect. However, I knew one thing for sure. Due to the generosity of the UK as a place and its people, I was given the chance to taste freedom. That is how I decided about the mission of my life: to work for a better future.
Now, here I am with my first restaurant.”
Albion’s was named after the archaic name for Great Britain, as well as the name of Veselaj’s son. This is why Albion’s Restaurant works tirelessly to provide great service and exemplary cuisine: to show gratitude to the country which give the restaurant’s owner the opportunity to build his new life.
Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or dinner, Albion’s Restaurant has it all. Their extensive and delicious menu offers the best of a variety of cuisine from around the world, using locally sourced fresh ingredients, such as their famous Duck Confit, delicious Marinated Chicken Skewers and cooked-to-perfection 10oz Rib Eye Steak.
